Digital Services
Our services include online language courses, consulting sessions, and digital guidance materials. Because these services are delivered digitally or through scheduled consultations, refunds are limited.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
A service was purchased but has not yet been delivered or scheduled.
A technical issue prevents the service from being provided.
A duplicate payment was made.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
After a consultation session has already taken place.
After digital course materials have been accessed or delivered.
If the client changes their mind after the service has started.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request to cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for rescheduling or a possible refund.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
